Beautiful site set on working farm. Spectacular views over Snowdonia National Park . We tow with an 8ft wide caravan and although the access road was snug, it was totally doable and not far from the main A roads. Extremely worth it. Reception and check in was easy. Lots of local information within the reception building and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a small farm animal section which my daughter loved. The facilities were immaculately clean and thought of everything including baby changing. Kids could just be kids which was fabulous. Would wholeheartedly recommend! Nearby activities: Within easy access to Snowdonia national park and attractions.

Lovely campsite in a very nice location with great modern and clean facilities. On a working farm so busy with machines the days we were here. Well kept site and pitches, some seasonal areas too which looked nice. Only downside is the approach road which is narrow single track in a couple of places so wouldn't like to meet another unit / tractor trailer coming the other way. Probably wouldn't go again for that reason.
What makes this campsite great is the beautiful views, a great dog area, friendly people, but the best is: the facilities. Shower with toilet together in an area bigger than my bathroom at home. You can throw a party for 10 in there. Also really clean. Lots of hiking routes directly from the campsite and a small shop to buy some necessities like ice cream. Did i mention how quiet it is? Really nice location, not far drive to some amazing scenery and the pitches are all well looked after. The washrooms and showers very clean. The service was also great, very welcoming and helpful owners. Can't find a fault, first time camping and loved it! Also as a little bonus, there are some farm animals on site in their separate enclosure. Would recommend 100%!
What horrible things can I say about the place, Absolutely nothing. Situated in the valley's of North Wales is a gem for all kinds of camping, tent, van, caravan & motor home. It's on a working family farm, with a little petting shed for the family to enjoy the younger animals. They have a little shop inside the reception, Internet all around the site. The staff were fantastic & helpful all the time. Dogs must be kept on the lead due to the farm. I say that due to the people next to us, had no respect for others & their pets & invaded my tent & attacked my disabled daughter on her way to the toilet. The farm dealt with it immediately. Also, if disabled & tent camping, request not being on the slope pitches. We were offered a new pitch but could not be bothered to take our large tent down again. We'll work the money spent. Footnote, sat nav will send you past the camp. So be alert near end of journey. Walkability: There are trails in every direction. Food & drinks: A small shop in the reception.
Beautiful site, best campsite shower facilities we've ever used, dog friendly with field and short walk, farm animals to feed, freshly laid eggs available, no light pollution, fire pits for hire and wood to purchase and the best views of Snowdonia. Would definately visit again. Site isn't too big, so toilets etc aren't a huge trek from any part of the site, it has a kids play area and a shop limited stock, no groceries but some camping essencials, ice cream, coffee etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had the best 5 nights in a long long time.
Absolute brilliant campsite. Decked pitch was brilliant, with a water tap and electric. Showers were immaculate the entire stay and nice hot water too. Staff on reception were very kind and helpful. Can't fault at all.
Would highly recommend this caravan and camping site. It is in a beautiful setting with amazing views. It is very child friendly.There is a great dog walking field, which is much better than most other sites I have been on. The shower facilities are fantastic with plenty of space and very clean. There is a great atmosphere on site. Great place for caravans, camper vans, and tents. Nearby activities: Very close to Barmouth and loads of lovely places to visit and places to eat.
Absolutely wonderful!! Staff are so helpful and friendly; nothing is too much trouble! We left our electric hookup cable at home and they loaned us one and a connector for the fully serviced tap! Super quiet location, amazing dog exercise area and as for the shower block; I’ve never seen anything like it, Amazing! State of the art, 3 I think shower wet rooms with wash basin and toilet, separate toilets and additional showers, heated and SO clean and tasteful music! Just fab!!!
