Me and my mum were served by Josie, she was absolutely amazing! She helped. My mum build her bracelet and charm up while carefully listening to what she was looking for. Along side this she also helped me find two new rings with my price range
Bright ,beautiful shop could spend a lot of time and money, just love pandora ,staff are so nice and helpful
I own several pieces from Pandora and they are cherished. Unfortunately one was damaged and I had to take it in. Staff were nothing but helpful arranging for my piece to be sent away for repair. I spent a fair amount of time in the shop sorting this out and the staff were amazing. Thanks Pandora Stirling!

The lady was extremely pleasant, helpful and cheerful and took time to ensure that I made the purchase which I wanted.
Be prepared to wait to get in, it's a very busy little shop. However once you do get in the staff are always very helpful and polite. Nothing is ever any trouble.
Horrendous waiting times, best ordering online, more staff and less chit chat needed , ridiculous setup wait at door to be seen, but if go in for look get seen before customers that have been told to wait, just a shambles of a set up
