Got my engagement ring from here and unfortunately one of the claws broke, it could not be fixed and they no longer sold that ring in the company therefore they would have had to make me a new one specially for me or I got the option to chose a different one. Myself and my partner went in and tried a few on and I chose a different ring. Absolute amazing customer service from the Stirling store Karen and Tracey were both amazing and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again
Went in to get my rings cleaned, staff were lovely and attentive, was given a seat, free cocktail and cupcake, rings checked and cleaned. Staff chatted away, exceptional customer service. Highly recommend and won’t hesitate to be back again. Carol and Rebekah and everyone else was incredible

Purchased a Raymond Weil Tango GMT, only had it one week and my wife dropped it from the locker at the swimming baths, this accident left a dent in the casing and damaged the second hand which resulted in it swinging freely. PS, wife didn’t admit to it being damaged until I noticed it was dented as I think she was worried I wouldn’t be pleased Anyway after realizing the damage I took it back to the store in June and asked if I could pay for a repair. The staff were very nice and sent it off for repair and advised the repair was being covered under warranty although it was our fault it got damaged, which was really nice to be honest, I didn’t expect that. We were advised the watch would be away for six weeks. Anyway over three months had passed and the watch was still awaiting parts which meant it couldn’t be repaired for a good while yet and Chisholm Hunter couldn’t give us a return date as Raymond Weil we’re closed for the summer holidays. As it was us that damaged it I had to go with the flow, it wasn’t their fault. The next day I got a call from Chisholm Hunter stating that they were going to replace the watch with a new one as the repair shouldn’t have took that long and as Raymond Weil we’re closed for the summer for another few weeks which meant they couldn’t give me a return date. The watch was only a week old when it got damaged therefore as a good will gesture they replaced it with a new one. I did try and remind them it was us that damaged it, but they offered a new one out of good will. Great service and no complaints, couldn’t ask for better.
Came into the shop just asking for advice about ring sizing. Despite the staff knowing I didn’t want to buy anything, they were extremely helpful especially after receiving shocking service at another jewellers in the centre! Couldn’t fault the service :

We bought a pair of diamond earings today at the Stirling store and had a great experience with all the staff, who were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Hospitality was excellant too .
The store offer fantastic customer service and really help customers all they can. They offer great quality jewellery. I will continue to purchase jewellery from them for long time to come.
Great shop to go into , lovely team and all staff mske you feel very welcome. You can be guaranteed that you'll be happy with it and tge aftercare is amazing.
