Just spoke with Christine the store manager in Stirling. What a lovely lady, so helpful and pleasant. I spoke to about 20 different branches today trying to source a specific toy for my niece. Christine was one of only two people I spoke with that took my name and number as there was deliveries being made today. Sadly, we cannot get the item yet but Christine said she would be back in touch if the stock arrived. Brilliant customer service.

High prices, not recommended, not special products like in the past

Good choice, but it's just too busy and everything is crammed into the shop. I'm too old for this.
