Bought a replacement engagement ring from your store today. Although we've been married a very long time Vanessa made the experience special. She was lovely and never pressured us to purchase anything which was refreshing. Would definitely return to the store again andam truly delighted with my ring.

Vanesa provided such a lovely experience for us. We were looking for a dainty necklace for a friend, and ended up buying a necklace and bracelet that we did originally see ourselves but pulled out by her. My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Fraser Hart, and Adam and Vanessa truly went the extra mile to help us find exactly what we wanted and make sure the rings were ready on time. The whole experience was fantastic, and we'll be sure to return.
We have had a lovely experience with Vanessa in the Stirling branch. She has been extremely patient while I tried on loads on rings and generally being really indecisive. Vanessa has helped us chose a perfect ring that compliments my engagement ring beautifully.
My partner and I purchased our wedding bands at Fraser Hart. Vanesa was so helpful and professional. We visited several times to see different rings and Vanesa was always friendly and patient when she helped us, and knew the answers to all the questions we had. We would shop for jewellery at Fraser Hart again!
