After buying my wife's rings here in 2005 we have returned on many occasions and the service from Andrew and the team just get better and better. I have recommended so many people who have all delighted with their purchases. Top Class

Really disappointed with ring made here approx 2 years ago. Two stones have fallen out within months of each other. These stones were of great sentimental value & staff showed no empathy whatsoever & insisted, on both occasions, that there had been trauma. Also advised that another diamond was in danger of falling out?? Have been coming here for years but won't be back. Poor design, quality & customer service.

My Fiance purchased my gorgeous engagement ring from here, they worked very hard on getting the ring resized to my ring size quickly and then after I manged to damage my ring because I am very clumsy they were able to fix it straight away. Perfect customer service and I cant wait to go in to choose our wedding rings!

Put a watch in for a new battery went to collect the watch was told they couldn't get the back off but was not told about they have put large scratches and dents on the side and back of the watch case. Shocking service would highly not recommend Ian Gallacher Jewlers

I took my mum's diamond earrings, eternity ring and my grans wedding ring to  Ian Gallacher  and asked could they melt down the rings and make me a white gold ring with the diamonds. They were wonderful helped me decided what I wanted and made it in just over 2 weeks. The ring is stunning thankyou so much for making this such a special ring for me means so much.

Wow. Took a couple of fairly good watches to here to get new batteries fitted. Went back to collect them to be told could only do one of them as couldn't get the back off the other?? Girls were very polite and courteous but the man who spoke to me might be the owner? Clearly hasn't had the memo about customer service and was very off hand about it. Clearly not a big enough job to be bothering with. I took it to a fantastic jeweller not more than 300 yards up the road. Completely different attitude and, guess what, was able to get the back off and done the job within half an hour!

I had commissioned a piece of jewellery and from start to finish ,my experience was really great-the staff could not have done more.  The pendant and earrings which I had made have more than exceeded my expectations as there was a sentimental and personal reason why I commissioned them .  I can highly recommend the staff for their attention to detail and fab customer service
