First of all - Brilliant. Top Quality Customer Service. I spent 5 hours at the store testing different speakers and amps to feel and hear the difference. I am a perfectionist so I had many questions and Paul Chance helped me so much to choose the perfect sound setup for my office. I upgraded from an old low end 2013 sony soundbar to the KEF Q150's and the Tangent Ampster BT II which broke day 1 dont cheap out on the amp i learnt my lesson I took it back to the store next day and got a refund and decided to not cheap out and went for the Audiolab 6000A after having another listen with the help of James to be sure it was right for me.  It sounds phenomenal in the space I have even better than it did at the store as I am limited by space constraints.  TLDR: Top Notch. You will not find better service than this. I am never going back to Currys for A/V. Richer Sounds treated me well. Recommended. Thank you to the team at Richer Sounds Southampton.

Visited this morning with a preamp that I couldn't get to work properly.  The help I received was wonderful  - I can't speak highly enough of the care and consideration.  Thank you so much, I am now listening to my LP collection for the first time for a lot of years - my joy is unbounded.

Was very pleased with the down to earth customer service and tailored suggestions that came from staff who clearly know their stuff. Many thanks to Ben Watson for his insight into what product would perfectly suit my needs, months later I can truly say he didn't miss!

Great knowledge  much better than the superstore crowd, no loking around for staff ,clear explanation of products ,no pressure and great service when ordered came next day and if that's not enough 6 year  guarantee and £100 CHEAPER. Well done Richer Sounds team. TV and sound bar up and working.

I would like to commend Ben for exceptional customer service on the 30th of December. Not only it saved my New Years Eve, he also taught me some very useful technical terms describing the parts of a turntable. Thank you.

Good service, I have bought all my Hi-fi  separates including audio leads from Richer Sounds. Good in store help and great customer service, you'd be a fool for not using them for all your Audio/Entertainment needs.

Simply the best service around. Staff are happy to talk about the products in a friendly, relaxed and non condescending manner. Prices are always competitive. No reason to buy TV and Hifi equipment anywhere else.

Excellent service they know their stuff. Bought a Polk soundbar from them. Would rather use Richer Sounds again than Curry's.
