Been watching the Panasonic 55EZ952 OLED for the last month. Finally come down in price. So went for it. Managed to get an extra few hundred off the set making it a steal. Got it home. What can I say. The picture is amazing. The guy I dealt with in store showed interest in the sale and helped all he could. Great price. great service. All round good experience and has a huge range of items definitely a place to go if you need new electrical products from TV to food mixers.

Sharp deceitful practice! I do not recommend this company due to their cunning policy regarding online computer orders that are collected in store. I decided to buy an HP Pavilion laptop that I saw on the website. It could either be delivered or collected in store. If you collect in store you can't pay online. Why? I was to find out. Before placing the order I phoned up to check that I could return the product if it did not meet requirements after opening. I was told yes by a lady called Margaret. I chose collection for convenience. When I arrived at the collection point I was told that I needed to go to the computer section. I thought this was funny. The chap there insisted on showing me the laptop which was not the correct model. Then he went away and got the item. I paid. Before leaving the store I checked at customer service that I could return it. Yes I was told. I did not like the display and returned it in the original packaging after 2 days. The girl on customer service tried to say that I could not return it as I had bought the laptop in store and had seen it. This was her immediate response as if it was drummed into her. I pointed out that I'd reserved the laptop online and merely collected it from store. She continued to say that did not matter the key was that I'd paid in store and had seen the product. I pointed out that I'd not seen the product as it was a different model and that I was told I could return it. She went and saw a manger. I was told that they would refund but that I'd been given wrong information and that the miscreant would be spoken to. The mindset was to avoid refunds and to screw the customer. This is not the case with a company like John Lewis. I will never buy a computer from PC World again and wish to warn other potential customers.

Impressive collection of electronics but not many PC's and few PC parts, e.g. only one graphics card. Person at information desk was not particularly helpful when I asked about this. Lots of Bluetooth speakers on display but I couldn't get the demo facility to work. Carphone Warehouse person was friendly.

I visited currys as i had been sent there to collect a parcel.i queeried the information i had received.the manager was consulted and investigated on my behalf it turned out to be a scam.the service was excrllant and the staff friendly and approachable.i recommend this shop.

The most unhelpfull bunch of morons for staff ive ever met. We walked out in discuss I will never shop there again ever. Please avoid
