Great service when using Pams. I was shown some recommendations and what bouquets looked like when contacting over messenger. Got a lovely arrangement for my partner for her birthday. They looked great and ther service was top notch. Will come again for another occasion.

I phoned at 10.30am for flowers to be delivered to a friend. I asked for a photo of the flowers. I got a picture sent and a message at 11.20 am advising flowers were delivered. Fantastic service and lovely fresh flowers. Staff lovely.

Ordered wedding flowers. Staff were very nice and the bridesmaids hand tied bouquets and groomsmen buttonholes were lovely.  I had to ask for the grooms buttonhole to be redone, which they did and it was much better. However, although the bridal bouquet looked perfect when delivered, it started to fall apart when walking to the ceremony and this continued throughout the day. Very embarrassing and disappointing for the price I paid for it.

Really disappointed. Ordered a £30 bouquet of whites. pinks and light colours for my wife on our 15 year anniversary and a bunch of pretty much yellow flowers arrived - Felt i could have got a cheaper and better deal @ Supermarket

Excellent service, good prices, amazingly beautiful flowers... what else do you need? Absolutely the best florists in Dundee and around. Support your local shops!! I recommend them 100% If you need anything flowers, dont hesitate and just go to Pam's.

Simply fantastic florist. Always so helpful & friendly on the phone. Always delivers top quality flowers, with super fast delivery times. Does exactly what all florists should, but few actually do. Extremely happy camper.

Worst flowers I have ever had delivered to anyone, I paid over £40 for them, and was so so disappointed.. They were not fresh flowers and lasted 2 days!!  When I called regarding the issue I was told well just bring them back and we will do some fresh ones for you as we have just had a delivery?? So that in fact told me the flowers I had delivered were definitely not Fresh......
