I'm very dissappointed with the service rendered by Acanthus Dundee. I ordered a bouquet of roses a week earlier to surprise my wife on her birthday, unfortunately it did'nt turn out as what i was expected. The delivery should be around 9.30 am, but I have to wait for more than one hour!! The florist don't even give me a single call to inform the lateness, but I myself have to call them. They even asked me to wait for about one to one and the half hour as they still didnt receive they ordered from the supplier. My plan ruined all because of this. Surprisingly, my wife received the bouquet half an hour later after I called them, but I'm more upset to see the roses are not like new, plus some of the petals look like its not fresh flowers anymore. What makes me so deeply upset, I have paid 45 pound for this, but this is what I got. Supposedly the bouquet going to be big as discussed before with Acanthus as normal bouquet is 30 pound. What I got is small than the one that I once ordered valued 30 pound. They impressed me at first, but not anymore. I did not suggest Achantus to anyone, go to other florist at Perth Road.. they are cheaper but with quality... At first, I go to Acanthus for Quality service, but they have ruined my trust in them. Maybe some of your order they will deliver, but when comes to special ocassion, search some place that you can trust. Don't be like me, my special occasion ruined without a courtesy call from them of lateness, they take it for granted.
