Very rude member of staff in the bakery this morning. I had been looking for a certain item and greeted the staff good morning and asked if this was in stock. The staff member was very rude and was very unapproachable with her tone - appeared annoyed at me for even asking. I understand that things get busy for staff, but this was not a busy morning and I was simply asking.
Went to by few things at the self checkout as there was only one on at the till. Had cash as my elderly family member was given cash to pay at the checkout, even tho it states that cash can be used otherwise! And girl said they didn't except cash on that day! How pathetic. Clearly have decided to go cashless very shocking! Not good for elderly or people who prefer to use cash!nService was shocking also, messy place as the shelf's were messy for a Sunday. These checkouts are not made for a big shop.nnAnnother disappointing thing was my family member who had an interview here got a very unpleasant management member who didn't give them any feedback or appreciation.
Great little shop, handy. Staff are friendly, can tell they are under staffed and are constantly ran off their feet! Noticed it can be full of a lot of old people moaning at management for the sake of it and feel the world owes them something but nothing new there. Bakery is lovely. 10/10 for the hard work the staff put in considering them being understaffed!
Rude and unpleasant girl at self check outs. I asked for assistance when the promotion wasn't showing the correct price but instead, I received an eye roll, a sigh and waving gestures in front of the checkout screen like I should have known how to do their job. When I called out about their rude behaviour, they continued to walk away from me. Apart from that, a decent sized store and the click and collect staff was helpful and polite.
This was back on March 27, who would have thought we would still be doing this on July 9th! At least its warmer. All Stay Safe
