What a delight this lettings department is! Having been a renter for the last two decades I have to say that this latest experience of an estate agents lettings department was one of the best. Hayley, Sharon and Michelle turned my somewhat traumatic house search into a relaxed and stress free experience. The calm professionalism of all three is a credit to PS. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to have a property managed, or anyone looking for a home. Helpful, happy and hilarious, thank you.

As a local property professional, I have had regular contact with Sharon and her team and in turn with a number of her tenants. The service provided is credible, professional and approachable when dealing with their valued customers. From the seasoned lord-lord who want their expensive asset protecting - to the the novice tenant, searching for the support of a lettings team they can trust I have heard only good feedback. I would have no hesitation in recommending that any one who is either thinking of letting, or renting a property seek the advice of Sharon and her team - I am confident that you will not be disappointed.

As a service provider to Palmer Snell (Gillingham, Dorset) I find them to be pleasant and efficient - an effective team with a good sense of humour. The feedback from their tenants is also very positive. I can highly recommend this company.

When walking into the office to do my sign up i was greeted by friendly faces. I received great customer service, they were polite, efficent and very professional. I would definately recommend Palmer Snell Lettings in Gillingham.
