Should be no stars because of a terrible service, all they care about is money, they blag dates and rules on tenancy agreements and rob you of your deposit.

I've spoken to many tenants that have dealt with Dorset lettings and not one of them has received there entire deposit back after moving out of a let.

They encourage landlords to increase monthly rental amounts thus pricing local people out of the rental market.

Just generally vile people to deal with, typical of most letting agents really.

Let us hope the governments reforms on fee's and charges sinks this company or at least minimises there greed.

Great Tip for anyone that is about to move out of a let...cancel your rent standing order and keep hold of the final months rent money until you move out.

Do not pay the final months rent until you receive your entire deposit back.
