We had a fantastic experience with Edwards in Wimborne. The team were exceptional throughout the sales  process, from valuation to exchange. Special thanks to Laura Lewis who oversaw the post sales process, providing weekly updates and making sure everyone was happy through to a successful conclusion. Simply the best estate agents!

The service I received from Edwards was outstanding. I bought and sold a property through Edwards, moving house is a stressful business, but I continually felt supported by all the staff at Edwards, communication was brilliant, I was always kept in the loop, they continually kept up to speed with solicitors and activity in the chain. I would recommend Edwards very highly, no query was ever a problem, they were a pleasure to work along side during my move.

Edwards supported my purchase that went on for a number of months due to the size of the chain. The agent I dealt with from start to finish was first class. When she was not available the team took my message and ensured she got back to me quickly.  Special thanks to Mani. She is an absolute star in her field, worth her weight in gold.

Mani, Laura and the extended team were excellent throughout what was a very lengthy process through ups and downs. What impressed me most was 1. Their tenancity and positivity to get through the sale in difficult situations and 2. The preparedness to go the extra mile which included chasing paperwork on the day of exchange Thank you ladies

Huge thanks to Laura and the rest of the team at Edwards in Wimborne. In the housebuying business - which can sometimes resemble The Wild West - they offered a great service during a frustrating and lengthy house sale. They all dealt with the process professionally, tenaciously and with sensitivity, going out of their way to help my elderly mother navigate the ups and downs of selling her house. Would thoroughly recommend.

They collected my keys on a Friday evening, and sold it by the Tuesday, you really couldn’t ask for anything more, they remained in contact and very helpful all the way through the process.

We used Edwards to sell our house in Wimborne. Viewings were professionally organised and quality feedback given. Once a buyer was found all was going well until proposed day of exchange when it turned into an absolute nightmare through no fault of the Edwards team. Without their help I doubt that the sorry bunch of participants upstream would have ever been able to complete the transactions. We would like to single out Laura Lewis the manager at the Wimborne office  for being an absolute star.

We used Edwards to sale our house and we couldnt of been more impressed with the way they conducted business . They advised us from start to finish and kept us informed every step of the way . They say moving most stressful things you can do in life, i cant say that we found this to be true at all. Edwards handled everything so well,   i really can not say enough to justify how good the team are to take care of all your needs. Thank you so much for all you did for us.
