We were most fortunate to be looked after by Christina Jones, the negotiator at the Sherborne office of Jackson-Stops when selling our house in Compton Pauncefoot and moving into a property in Sherborne. The traditional stresses of moving emerged - a first prospective buyer pulling out disgracefully late and problems with solicitors transferring money at the end. Christina was tremendous, giving clear and wise advice and calming us down when needed. She was most efficient in presenting our house suitably and arranging the visits. She acted immediately when our first buyer pulled out and secured a sale with the under-bidder. She pursued the detail with the solicitors and the other agent meticulously. On the day that we moved when one solicitor unacceptably held up the process by failing to transfer money on time, she was most supportive. She was always available and answered any calls or queries immediately. I have already recommended her to some people looking to sell their houses. Many thanks, Christina.
Wow! We had a great experience with Jackson-Stops previously, in West Sussex. However, the Sherborne branch - particularly down to the amazing Christina Jones - surpassed that previous experience and made our house purchase and associated journey a pleasure. Our experience with having Jackson Stops handle the sale of our house was to say the least, exceptional. Our contacts at Jackson Stops were sensitive, interested and understanding of the emotional issues we were dealing with through leaving our long-standing family home. Our initial contact was with Anthony Pears who dealt with the valuation and remained as a supportive contact throughout the process. Anthony introduced us to Christina Jones as our prime contact and support. Christina was a delight and with her in depth knowledge and experience was able to help us through some technical negotiations. Her communication and professionalism were excellent, and we felt very fortunate to have her on our side. We mustn’t forget Nicola who helped knit the whole Jackson Stops package together. Sale of My Property. A most pleasant and seam free transition from start to finish. A very efficient office based in Sherborne Dorset. Most capably run by Anthony Pears with a highly efficient staff. I must single out Christina whose communication, advice to myself and liaison with both parties solicitors throughout the sale was exemplary to say the least. We will never use any other estate agent to sell a property. From the moment Anthony and Christina came to our house, through to completion we had a first class service from exceptional professionals who know their business. They are realistic, straight talking and have your best interests in mind at all times. Not to forget extremely warm and approachable. We were kept informed and updated at all times and often before our solicitor notified us! Christina is very tenacious thankfully! We can't praise enough, as having had some horrific experiences with estate agents previously, our faith has been restored. Our view of this estate agents is one of consummate professionals who are warm, realistic and very lovely people. And not forgetting the office based staff who were also amazing. My advice to all is to use Jackson-Stops at Sherborne for your house sale. You won't be disappointed.
We engaged Jackson Stops to sell our house and found them to be extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have been delighted to buy a house through Jackson Stops in Sherborne. We were shown around the house by lovely and informative Michael.
