The letting agency is good when at the beginning of the letting. But when it is time to leave they do not return the deposit for a long time and your money is stuck with them. They also put charges for cleaning after the house is cleaned. The neighbors are proof that no one came to clean after we left, but we were charged for cleaning. The carpet was cleaned by a professional cleaner. The place was also cleaned by cleaners even cobwebs and windows made sure it was clean. However they make sure they charge you for some fictitious amount when u leave and blame it on then landlord. When I know for the fact the landlord depends on them to check the property.
Katie and her colleagues are always very helpful, replying to emails promptly and taking the time to understand the type of property we are looking for.
