Lovely pharmacy, it just didn't have my antibiotics, Erythromycin. Well, I got it from High Wycombe, no problem with suppliers there. Just a suggestion. Ring up pharmacies before you drive there.

After my experience of other local pharmacies Mortimer Pharmacy is Fantastic, really helpful, polite and pride themselves for providing an efficient and on time service and they open at weekends and stay open well in to the late evening A breath of fresh air ..

So helpful + Brilliant servicennA while back I had to do a lot of running around getting pharmaceuticals for someone when there was a shortage originating at the manufacturers.  This was complicated by having multiple drugs on one prescription.  Mortimer Pharmacy explained the system/rules and each step I needed to go through so they could provide the drugs; even rush-ordering things in and dispensing out of hours.nThose supply issues have just recurred so armed with my new knowledge, I started my hunt and guess who came up with the goods again – Mortimer Pharmacy.nnIf I lived closer, it’d definitely be my registered pharmacy but every time I’ve needed to make the journey, it’s been well worth the drive.   The staff are also super friendly and helpful when you get there; normal hours or out of hours.

I really can't praise the staff at the pharmacy enough. Since COVID 19 and lock down I have been driving over to collect my mother's medication. They have shown me so much help and support whilst I juggle looking after my mother. ALWAYS greeted with a warm smile and wonderful service. At times they must have been so exhausted but still showed kindness and care. From the bottom of my heart thank you for making hards times that little bit easier. And also a beautiful thank you to Sandra xx you are a star  xx

Pharmacist on duty today was very disinterested, unhelpful & rude...treated me & my son, who was unwell, like we were wasting his time!
