I never visited this store, yet somehow I managed to purchase something!! I received an email confirming my purchase and attached was my receipt. Consequently I contacted customer service to see if it was genuine or just spam, one week later, the reply was as follows: I am sorry that you have received this email in error, our Customers may request the receipt of an in store transaction to be sent via email. At times when the Sales Assistant is inputting the email address they my occasionally make a typing error and that receipt is either lost or sent to a different person in error. No confirmation that it's a fake or genuine email. Nothing about the staff member being reprimanded. So think twice about handing your personal details as due care and attention is lacking. Not impressed with the cashier, or customer service.
Called in at Outfit Widnes to make use of the email I had received advising me that there 25% off 'Everything'....this was misleading as when I queried if the discount applied to an Apricot brand jumper I wanted I was told the discount didn't apply. When I questioned this further as there was discount on another brand it was still " sorry, 'SWEET' "not on what I wanted. Not only is the offer misleading, the staff treat you in an ageist manner! Will be complaining to DP/Outfit customer services!
Most of the clothing lines here are aimed at teens and early twenties. Mostly small sizes. I like the Dorothy Perkins and Wallis parts but because each shop section is small, so is selection of clothes.
Coustmer service very good , staff friendly & helpful. I shop here most days & love the fashion. Great choice & nice prices.
Lots of clothes to choose, from lots of different stores under one roof. Sadly the fitting rooms are dirty and not all very well maintained.
Extremely helpful staff. I felt they went that extra mile to make the experience of shopping in the widnes shop enjoyable
Not happy. Half of the shop if petite but no sign of a curve section. What an absolute joke
I don't go in here alot, mainly because it's quite messy and I can't be bothered trying to siv though the mess to look at items.
Nice shop but don't cater for the larger lady
