Good store. Helpful staff. I've not given 5 star as they wanted my email address. It isn't needed for bulbs so they didn't get it.

Excellent service today. Ordered a basil panier bag online to be delivered to the store. Was fitted as I asked with a rack on the back of my bike. Hated the bag wasn't as I viewed online.
Not a problem said the very helpful guy who fitted it. Pointed me to a better bag which he had but which was £40 more expensive. Checked online and it was a half price deal 😁 so got a far superior bag for an extra fiver.

He fitted the new bag and re aligned my back light. Didn't catch the guys name but was very helpful and has got a halfords customer for life now...

Excellent service from Donna who regassed my car. Very knowledgeable young lady and extremely helpful in explaining what she was doing and why.  Trish  Mercedes car.
