The most professional service from Pauline! I know so many brides who have purchased their dress from Paris Bridal and I wasn't disappointed in my visit. Whilst I didn't end up purchasing my dress from Pauline, she was so helpful, and open to the fact that she either has the dress for me, or she doesn't, and that's perfectly ok! Not pushy in the slightest. Was so helpful in recommending where else I could go, and what else I could try and ended my appointment by giving me a complimentary wedding magazine to look at for ideas. Highly recommend. Amazing service! I booked a last minute appointment to try on wedding dresses at paris bridal and was met by the lovely Pauline. She made my sister and myself feel at home and very comfortable. Pauline helped me try on various styles of dresses until I found the perfect dress and accessories. I was made to feel that my decisions was what I truly wanted and was helped with every bit of it. Pauline made it very easy to pay for my dress aswell which has made me more relaxed. I would 100% recommend Paris bridal over any other shop!
