This shop is amazing! When my boots broke 2 days into a 5 day hike along the SWCoastal Path and I ended up in Porthleven, a member of the team from the shop came to get me, took me to the shop, I tried on many pairs of replacement boots in a very relaxed environement, so I felt no sales pressure and yet the products were all great and competitions prices. Then the lovely member of shop Staff kindly dropped me back in Porthleven afterwards! One of the best customer service experiences of my life! I highly reccommend them.
