After yet again not getting the prescription correct first time around, all now thankfully good, this was due to Pauline, who once again rose to the challenge, to get them sorted. Whilst all staff are excellent, especially Pauline, you really need to sort out the optical team to get these prescriptions right first time around. This has been the third instance over the last 4.5 years where new glasses have come back incorrect and have had to be sent back.
Had a lovely experience today, was nervous about getting contact lenses but Maxine helped me so much. She was so encouraging and patient with me, could not recommend enough! The other lady who helped me pick out glasses today was fabulous. Overall a really lovely experience with everyone who was working in Specsavers Helston!
Maxine was extremely helpful when I lost a contact lense whilst on holiday in Cornwall! She went out of her way to help me!
Maxine was extremely helpful today whilst assisting me with a choice of sunglasses, her suggestion for polarised lenses were definitely the way to go! I’m looking forward to wearing them this summer! Thankyou Maxine!
Very helpful staff who explained everything in great detail including their procedures to help control COVID. Once I’d had my eye examination and chosen my new frames it was time to pay.I tried to remove my wallet from my pocket but the coat lining had got caught in the zip! Help! Maxine, who was measuring up for my new lenses, was a star and very patiently teased the fabric out of the fastener for me. Payment made and without ruining my new coat. Thank you so much for going “above and beyond” with your customer service. I look forward to collecting my new glasses tomorrow.
