Visited here after being recommended by our personal trainer. Was after a new pair of trainers so we booked to have our running gaite assessed. Really worth while. The experience these guys have was excellent. Tried on many different trainers from big names and was able to select a pair due to feeling the differences. Bought 2 pairs in the end and was happy with the price. If you are an experienced runner or a new starter these guys are worth a visit.
I had a gait analysis, and purchased some shoes that I'm really happy with. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful so I would recommend this shop for anyone needing new running shoes! Plus they have a loyalty card
This shop and their staff are amazing. I had been running in I'll fitting shoes which was causing problems with my right achilles. They fitted me in Brooks Ghosts extra wide, I am now pain free and I feel like I am running with a couple of clouds strapped to my feet. Cannot thank them enough.
The usual routine for me over the years has been to do some minor online research and then spend £100+ on what I thought was the correct shoe - an educated trial and error. This has proved expensive. I popped into this shop after being advised to do so by a healthcare professional. I met Lloyd who booked me in next day for a gait analysis. This was conducted using a treadmill, video footage and his expert eye. I tried about 8 shoes including Hoka, a brand I had tried using my own muppet method yes wrong shoe again and consequently turned myself off the brand, but given an opportunity to try the correct model within my requirements was perfect and this was the shoe I came away with. An example of being able to listen to advice and try before you buy has tuned me back onto a brand and a shoe which meets my needs perfectly. Lloyd was friendly, polite and knowledgable and I wish I had visited this facility years ago - I would have more £ in the bank and less lbs round my middle. A brilliant establishment and thoroughly recommended.
Could not recommend this place enough. The staff were super friendly, I was worried about the fair analysis as I can't run for very long yet bit the staff immediately put me at ease, they were very thorough and explained technical things at a level I could understand. He bought out 9 different shoes to try on and was very patient. Great experience!
These guys know their stuff. I wanted to upgrade my 20 year old Sauconys that the soles were coming off, as I am now getting back into my fitness. They took a look at my wide feet with high arch and high instep, brought 4 pairs to try on, 3 were perfect and 1 was very good. Helpful friendly advice with no pressure sell. Highly recommended.
I had a gait measure and doing for shoes. I'm new to running but the staff offered fair and honest advice. I would highly recommend anyone to go to At Your Pace for footwear and advice!

Very friendly and knowledgeable, spent a good hour there totally unrushed, tried on loads of pairs of shoes on the treadmill and also got some great advice. Highly recommended.
