Very handy shop. A good selection of stationary stuff. An excellent variety of books.  Have been in Helston a long time now after taking over from Menzies.

I rang for help I needed a flash drive ..... I spoke to Jorden and he was so helpful .... The flash drive however was £9:99 for an 8 gig Amazon are doing a 16 gig for under £4 and I can get it Sunday... Unfortunately I need it today ...but thanks Smiths good

A well established business, and although small it has a good book/magazine section, and stationary selection.

Visited to purchase a book, not on shelf, but friendly and helpful member of staff checked stock and got one from stock room for me.

Good customer service ready to help find things when you cannot

Disappointed....que of customers waiting to be served, while self service till was in use, member of staff behind till was conducting a personal telephone conversation.
