We enjoyed a meal here in February 2018 for Sunday lunch. It was relatively.quiet whilst we were there and the restaurant were happy.to accommodate our young children and were able.to cater for my son who has several allergies. Decor inside is pleasant with old high beams and Turkish lamps and lanterns providing attractive lighting. The atmosphere was quiet but pleasant. There was a TV playing which was a bit distracting and unnecessary (and it was playing something which was quite weird as I recal). Service was polite and relaxed - if I was super critical it was a little bit slow. All that said I thoroughly enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced. I'd happily return.

The food in here is absolutely outstanding. The staff are lovely. Try the special wrap. It's beautiful!

Ottomans is by far the best Turkish restaurant in the North East. The food is always amazing, made with excellent quality ingredients and served by some of the nicest staff around. Would recommend the place to anyone, if you do go, try the Ali nazik!

Meats are delicious, price is affordable. A little narrow but service staff is warm.
