First visit and wasn’t disappointed. Excellent choices and vegan options. The vegan garlic bread was amazing. The pizza and pasta mains were delicious with the chilli oil. The service was great and we will be coming again.
Family meal for 12 to celebrate a birthday. Food was good and hearty with not a single complaint and people offering tasters around the table always a good sign. Healthy portions and everyone was well satisfied by the meals end. The service was poor at best. Sat down at our table and drinks began to flow. At no point did any of the wait staff ask if our meals were OK or if we wanted more drinks. Physically had to get up and go find the staff so we could order and pay. When it came time for dessert the spoons were slapped down on the end of the table and not a single member of staff asked if we had enjoyed our meal. Great food but the service needs looking at.
First time of visiting and must say we will definitely be back the food and staff was excellent, the atmosphere was fantastic We were a group of 4 and everything was eaten, we had starters and mains was to full for dessert The calzone piccante was packed full of flavour Also there is an excellent Vegan option Parking: You receive 3 hour free parking but only if you put your car registration into the machine inside the restaurant
Dessert was lovely the food was lovely it's a very nice place but just a little bit too dear for my liking! And yes it is wheelchair access but I need a really make a proper plate for wheelchairs only... that's only in my eyes so.. and the staff is very helpful and very explaining if you ask them something they explain it very well.. Wheelchair accessibility: I think they needed make a table especially for wheelchair use! Because you have to think about how many people have wheelchairs and how many people actually need them..
Proper italian food and very reasonably priced. Food is always cooked to perfection and nothing gets missed or forgotten about. Very welcoming and polite staff. Me and my partner visit here at least twice a month and we love it. Vegetarian options: VEGAN OPTIONS TOO!
Over 55s booked here well in advance for 18 people. Gave meal choices weeks in advance. Today was meant to be their Christmas Linch. The service was poor, it took them an hour to get sweets out with 3 at a time. Staff sat and ate their food before attending the ladies table! Dirty dishes left in front of everyone. No crackers or decorations on the tables. And it was so cold in the place that many left scarves and jackets on. Poor service all around and not value for money. When I complained they stated the staff doing the puddings not chefs!! Dreadful attitude.
First time I've every been, my daughter choose it for a birthday meal venue. We were a large party and everyone had a brilliant time the food was lovely the staff where fun and helpful. Would definitely visit again
Went for a family meal for niece's 16th birthday. 20 of us all together. Everyone's meals came out at the same time. Piping hot and delicious. No complaints, staff are very friendly and helpful. We have eaten here many times and will continue to do so. The price was brilliant to. Thank you to all the staff for helping make it a lovely night
Staff are really friendly and polite. Food portions are good not too small not too big. Definitely worth the visit and will 100% recommend!
Average at best. Starters fine, partner had same prawn main a while back but this time no whole prawns so brought this up with one of the waitresses who confirmed others had mentioned this. Another waitress asked if everything fine at the end and would not accept our view, instead arguing different chefs use different prawns ! Very poor customer liason, needs training. And a very poor 12% shiraz at £15.95 didn't help. Don't bother, way better in the city.
