Hands down the nicest, most caring, approachable, honest garage I have ever encountered in my life! So glad I took my 2006 Toyota Celica there after someone skidded into the driver's side front bumper. It was an economic right off but holds highly sentimental value as it was my aunt's car and she recently gave it to me before losing her ongoing battle with cancer. Kirsty Osborne knows how to do great customer service I assume she learnt from her father Jumbo and was straight onto sourcing and pricing up second hand parts - with great success. I knew Osbornes had my back and this was proven when the car wouldn't start, the morning I was to drive it over to have the repairs done - I called Kirsty and she was very helpful. Then within 10mins Jumbo knocked on my door - he had driven over with jump starter cables! I live in Threemilestone so very nearby, but still, I was surprised and very happy to have gone to such a helpful and caring garage. I don't know anywhere else that would go to the trouble to look after their customers so well. The bodywork they did was great and we got the car back in time to drive up country to be with family over Christmas. So glad Osbornes are on my doorstep. Thank you to everyone involved! Much appreciated. Best garage ever.

I had a small dent in the drivers side rear wheel arch, the team at Osbournes where amazing ! Really friendly, great price and the finished job was perfect. My car was sparkling when I picked it up. I can't recommend them enough if you need some work done.
