Ordered new mirror glass and fitting, arrived next day. Can't complain. Easy to buy, and quick service. Thank you!
Unhappy is an understatement! Broken wingmirror received, package not marked as fragile or containing glass. Posted and broken. I then bought a 2nd unit, as I needed the part immediately and attempted to call and email the company. No calls answered, no answer machine messages replied to. They did answer a couple of emails and agreed a refund for the 1st unit after providing them with pictures of proof and ordering a second unit. Since then, no further contact has been made by the company and no attempts have been made to refund the original unit which was covered under Royal Mail insurance. Claim is with pay pal and I am still waiting a refund. Customer service is terrible, would rather have someone talk over a phone than emailing someone with false promises. I cant grumble about the part received, just the lack of contact and customer support. Do not buy unless guatanteeing that u can make a claim back if there is an issue, ie use PayPal.
Bought a wing mirror online which never arrived. They are uncontactable, not answering phones. AVOID. Contacting Trading Standards. Update- Now being told they have no record of my order having clearly been paid as my bank statement verifies.
Brought 2 new wing mirror glasses from these clowns. One was smashed on arrival so tried numerous times to contact them, no reply so out of desperation I ordered a replacement for the smashed one from the same company to make sure they matched as they had blue tint. I made a note on the order asking them to package this one a little better as the last one had smashed but instead of that they put it in a Jiffy bag with fragile glass stamped on it. Amazingly it arrived in one piece however not the blue tint I had ordered so I now have one blue tint and one plain glass. If you have time between ripping people off, look up the definition of customer services, because you obviously don't have a clue. UPDATE - After this review, I received a call from the company apologising for the error and promising to post a replacement free of charge that day. I was pleased they had contacted me and said if the replacement arrived well packaged and correct, I would add this to the above review as issue resolved. They did indeed send a replacement, it arrived quickly but guess what ! It was another drivers side wing mirror in plain glass not blue tint as requested so I still have one blue and one clear tint. Also the quality of the plain glass ones are poor with the glass not fitting in the frame. I had hoped this was just a genuine mistake but how many times can you get a simple order wrong. I REPEAT, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS. Further update. Driving along yesterday when the whole mirror glass fell out of the holder and hit the side of my car. It was only held on by the heated mirror wires. As mentioned before, POOR QUALITY.
There seems to be a theme with these thieves, customers place an order but don’t receive item and emails aren’t responded to. How are they still trading
Bought a wing mirror glass from these people sent and email with a picture attachment saying it arrived crack and need a replacement and have had no response. Considering the item was glass it was not wrapped properly nor did it have a fragile label on it. Called several times and either the phone rings and not answered or its a busy tone or the person keeps pressing the hang up button. Do not purchase anything from them. I will be contacting trading standards shortly. You guys are really messing with the wrong person
Trying to return item, despite contacting via email and via PayPal I have received no response, they advertise returns can be done via website but I'm unable to find. Quiet frustrating! I originally posted a 1 star with above comment, after posting a representative did get in touch and has rectified the issue. So with the customer service I eventually received, I have reviewed the rating to a 4.
Ordered wing mirror, 2-3 days 2nd class. 5 days later I am still waiting for delivery. Unable to reach any one by phone. No reply to email. Treat with caution. This company is run by Damian Waniczek.
