I was in search of a reasonably price top end range rover . I looked at local harwoods in brighton ....but very minimal to my taste . Then found these guys & checked reviews . With amazing reviews & my busy schedule, I gambled . Bought online & didn't view the car . I asked if I could pay on delivery. That wasn't an option , Sabah said it must be paid before release . She advised me , you won't be disappointed, I'll make sure it's spot on & she did ! The range rover was like new & gave amazing customer service throughout from v5 form to tax . Tbh smoother than a dealer group . Definitely buy again from these guys . Thanks Sabah ! Great to do business with great people when your spending lots of money
After an initial visit to see what was needed to bring the paintwork and interior back to life, we dropped off my wife's audi q5 and we are really pleased with the results. Sabah, Waleed and Mick are amazing and are really passionate and know a lot about cars.
I normally don't write reviews as when spending this amount of money I expect a good service and R&W were great. I've had the car for 5 months, done over 6000 miles and enjoyed everyone of them. However, I know things can fail and I've now had a problem with the DPF. I called R&W and they could not have been more helpful. The difference for me between a great business and a fantastic business is how they deal with problems and in my case they have been fantastic. They reassured me that the fault was covered by the warranty and put me straight on to the warranty company, who processed the claim quickly and paid 3 days after the work was completed. Exemplary service, thank you.
Can't recommend these guys enough. Waleed and Sabah were great from start to finish. To say they went the extra mile excuse the pun would be an understatement. Real personal touch and a great collection of high spec models.
Recently bought a Range Rover for my wife through Sabah & Waleed. Absolutely incredible service and the car was immaculate and able to be taken away on the same day. The car had a slight issue but fortunately R W Motor Company we’re extremely professional and got it sorted straight away. I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly buy from them again. We absolutely loved our meeting with Waleed and Sabah. They were incredibly generous with their knowledge and time and made us feel very comfortable while choosing - zero pressure and they gave us all the time we wanted to consider. I've bought at main dealers, luxury independents, supercar dealers, and I've never had the level of customer service, attention to detail and attentiveness of Walleed and his team. After using a well known supercar dealership previously and having a complete lack of care, it was a breath of fresh air having walleed in the process of my latest purchase. Waleed and Sabah are an absolute pleasure to deal with - efficient, accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The car was exactly as described, the finance agreed was spot on and the whole was turned around in under 6 hours - extraordinary. It’s not always the case in this industry that we encounter people who genuinely take pride in every part of their work - this team is the real deal. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.
I had an incredibly positive experience buying from Sabah at R & W. From my first call enquiring about a specific car, she took me through various available cars plus some other alternatives I had not considered. She gave honest descriptions of the vehicles and prepared the car I put a deposit on. However, when a different car came in with a slightly different spec, she had no problem letting me switch to that vehicle. The purchase was painless, I didn't see the car before buying it or even on the day it was collected until my son delivered it to me. The car was excellently prepared, in superb condition and matched exactly how Sabah had described it. Thanks for the honest and friendly buying experience.
