Not ideal having your MOT run out on holiday, but despite equipment failures James managed to get us booked in. The car then failed. While continuing to serve other customers James somehow managed to locate the part, get it delivered and fitted before the end of the day.  Great customer service, and efforts much appreciated.

Just want to say my experience in Kwik fit  Truro this morning was extremely professional and very efficient. The staff were all fantastic.  I will now continue to use Kwik fit and highly recommended it to all friends and family.   5 STAR  customer service. Thank you all.

I'm not always a fan of the large chains. But. Kwik Fit Truro helped us out of a massive bind, arranged rapid delivery of parts and were super helpful and worked past closing hours. It was Christmas Eve, and they couldn't have been more helpful and it is massively appreciated.

Went into Kwik Fit in Truro today with a motobility vehicle and was very impressed with the speed of service, level of professionalism and extremely friendly staff. We were looked after by James who was swift to get the car in at short notice, in a very busy environment where they looked very busy and over worked. Visited as my exhaust brackets broke. Was distressed as I needed the car for placements and am new to the area.  Blessed to have met Acer the mechanic, who showed me the issue, clearly explained the plan to me and mended the damage.  Acer is efficient, professional and understanding.  Overall incredible customer service and  pleased to have a reliable garage locally.

Had 2 new tyres ordered and fitted for the next day, and then a tyre repair that they fixed, the men stayed after hours and was amazing, 5 stars

Even though they were short staffed and training two young lads their professionalism was awesome I can't thank these guys enough I'd highly recommend them to anyone

No hassle at all. Booked easily online and went in on the day and exactly what I needed was sorted for me in a professional manner. Would most likely revisit here.

James the manager was extremely helpful with helping with a flat battery. He was extremely busy but still managed to make time and effort to help. Customer service was incredible! Great manager for the place.
