Useless rang them up on Saturday morning saying about a product and I said can I pick it up Sunday morning the guy on the phone said yeah no worries didn't say the truro branch is shuton Sunday I came from newquay waste of my time

Store advised me my click and collect order was ready to collect. Drove to the store and was then told only half of the order had arrived. No apology and they wouldn't deliver due to driver shortage. They have vans delivering in my area daily but they simply don't care. No effort made to rectify their mistake or compensate an unnecessary 40 min round trip + fuel costs.  The service in store is also very slow in comparison to their competitors.  Make sure you allow half an hour even when using click and collect. Never had an issue ordering online from ECP so I'll stick to that or use others in future. Improvement needed.

I would say great service but maybe not in person. Either way you get what you want at great prices

So reasonable priced car parts but due to the website giving me the wrong parts based on my vehicle I had to return them to Truro. When I had collected them I had noticed that I could hear a number of staff members swearing profusely behind the wall of the collection tills,sadly this was not an isolated incident as the same was happening when I returned the items.  From someone who works in retail it's important to understand that how you conduct yourself directly impacts your business. There was also only 1 person serving but about 5 or 6 people chatting away and throwing loud expletives about just behind the wall.  I think it would be beneficial for some one in management to stand all the employees in that customer waiting area so they can hear just how much their voice travels through the paper thin dividers.  Will try again in the future as they are actually a pretty decent parts supplier, just being let down in Truro by some bad mouthed employees.

Absolutely useless Went to shop ,nobody Stand behind counter. Keep change the story ,but I been recording what they told me.purchase turbo in Worthing branch,turbo faulty and ask me go back to original garage and can’t get replacement in local branch truro.first time told me can get the refund if I return the old turbo ,second time told me I can pay the left difference price if I want  OEM turbo,next day contact told me I can’t get any replacement in local branch cause the turbo is purchase in Worthing branch and garage repair my turbo is in Worthing,so I need drive back to Worthing and come back in 10 hours .this is absolutely useless ,scam company ,have receipt can’t get any exchange with faulty parts,open over 250++ branch ,can’t let the customer get the exchange or return in one of the local  branch?

Bought a car battery, it was faulty took it back and refused a refund! 3 more round trips and lots of emails to head Office  it was sorted out. Will not use eurocar parts ever again..

Always very helpful and polite. Have helped me many times when main dealers have struggled to identify or find parts. Convenient when you need something there and then.

Ordered online today. 4 items. Only one chap behind the counter serving. Others out the back doing something. Couldn't find my online order and eventually only found 2 parts of my order. Will have to go back or to another branch. Wasted trip.

Fair play to the guys there, a 3 customer limit at the moment and enforced. No problem at all.  Had what I needed and quickly sourced
