We have just had our kitchen replaced by Orwell Furniture and the level of service and support throughout has been nothing short of exceptional. We originally entered the showroom 3 years ago. We had our hallway completed 2 years ago and kitchen redesigned. There was no hard sell or pressure to proceed and when the time was right for us we proceeded with the work. The design process gave us many options and Matt provided suggestions that we had not considered. The finish of the work is incredible and throughout every person working on the project has been extremely professional. On top of this during the process Matt and his team have gone above and beyond what we expected, pulling out all the stops to ensure everything was ready in time for our specific deadline and saving us when others had let us down. I would highly recommend Orwell and we will definitely be returning when we look to redesigning our bedroom.
We are delighted with our kitchen. Matt and Gill guided us through the process with their expertise and good humour and nothing was too much trouble. Having renovated a number of properties over the years we can honestly say this is our dream kitchen. Excellent craftsmanship, knowledgeable, caring owners and first class service. Highly recommended!

We are third-generation Orwells Furniture clients, and can not recommend them enough. Our recent kitchen installation went without a hitch; from the planning and concept meetings with Matt, through to the install, each process has been expertly executed. The craftsmanship displayed in our bespoke kitchen is outstanding and we look forward to working with Orwells Furniture on other projects in our home.

Rude delivery driver had a attitude seem very slap dash poor Quality. seemed more interested in getting home by 13.30 said it was his normal home time and he was running late. went by the name of Ben .
Have used Orwells repeatedly over the years and they have always delivered a very high quality and bespoke product. After care service has always been superb.
Superb showroom, with friendly staff and a truly bespoke service. Their workmanship is unrivalled and level of personalisation and customer service is incredible.
All the kitchens are top quality with beautiful designs. Inspired and one offs.
