From the initial contact with Dan and the Team nothing was to much Trouble. Dan and Roxanne returning messages on there days off. On the day i had a great experience in purchasing the shotgun which included detailed history of the gun and then a trial on the high Tower shooting area before deciding on my purchase with one of the team. Overall excellent experience will definitely deal with Dan and the Team again. Excellent Set up.
From planning my rifle build to picking it up my experience has been fantastic. Jonathan was patient and diligent and gave us quality advice based on real working knowledge of what he sells. Nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn’t buy a gun from anywhere else now.
Top service from a great shop. Purchase was a new Howa hunting rifle for deer stalking. Id been searching for a few months and got into conversation with JD in the shop and took him up on his excellent and very knowledgeable advice which has proved to be very worthwhile. The rifle was zero'ed and i had three deer in the larger within 15 rounds.. a great economical rifle set up. I even managed a Xmas present from the wife whilst in store. Thanks all at Orston..
A joy to deal with, good range in the shop, sound advice given by Roxanne and the team and a very good price on the new purchase for my son. Cafe on-site excellent too.
Travelled some distance to purchase a Blaser rifle. Communications before travelling were first class, and service on the day was exceptional. Would have no hesitation to use them again.
Ive made a few purchases from shotguns to air rifles and clothing and accessories, I keep coming back as the level of service and knowledge is superb. JD has all the time in the world for his customers, took me 2 hours of trying different Pilla lenses on the shooting ground to find the right 3 lense set... wouldnt have got that service 'on-line'....
Totally blown away with the service I received from Jon in the gun room. He answered all my questions on products that I was looking into buying. I can not thank him enough a very knowledgeable guy that knows his products which is very reassuring so I ended up buying the products I needed and not what everyone else said to buy
Visited orston gun shop and looked at and bought a Ata supersport shotgun from them . Also blagged a free cap thanxs . Fantastic shotgun love it . Very nice staff . Will visit soon as i have a 100 clay voucher to use .. Keep up the great work .
A great honest team that did not push any brand of product, they ensured the fit was correct. Will be returning in the future.
