We've been bringing our dogs here for 12 years and have never had a bad experience. The reception and nursing staff are all friendly and efficient and Emma, the vet we see, is fantastic. I have trust in all the staff that they will do what is best for the animals rather than what will make the practice the most money. The Health Scheme is good and I would recommend Orchard to any pet owner

Used this place now for years looked after my English bull terrier just got one now but still go there staff are great & very approachable & Emma has always been very kind as are all the staff. Very knowledgeable would recommend no problem

Rubish vets, gave my sweet cat expired vaccination which had expired one year ago. When I checked the vaccination card I panicked and asked the reception. She replied oh it's OK,  we can give it even if it's expired". My cat had a very bad reaction to the vaccine. She never fully recovered from it. I thought she's going to die. She didn't immediately but was latheric  and sleepy all the time. Then she developed sarcoma tumor and died in February 2018 after two year. I believe this vaccine was responsible. These vets are butchers. When I told the vet that she is poorly after vaccine he seemed as if he has heard this type of thing first time. I feel guilty I took my baby to these butchers. I will not vaccinate my new cat ever.

Very friendly vets with personable staff and knowledgeable too. Usually easy to get an appointment and these guys are quite flexible, helpful and accommodating. A great vets in general... Very happy to take my dog there.
