Basically been to more than 4 OB shops in London, The South Ken one is sure my favorite, the two gentleman there nice, professional and fast! During the sale season I ordered endless store picked-ups, they managed the picked up experience very unexpectedly great! Mr.Mark helped me with my trousers alteration and I didn't know he used to work in bespoke tailors in Savile Row! Quite a deal for me! Lovely experience and will surely come back again. Now it's my best experienced OB shop in town!! Thank you!!
I came in, asked which items were for Sale, answer: ”it depends on the items” said one of the two people dealing with one customer seeking an exchange. I picked three items knowing the brand and my size, what you call an easy sale and waited. After 5minutes of waiting, I left. I will order online.
This is my favourite store and I like the staff to, and this makes me that I want to go there to buy the swimming trunks from Skyfall.
Don't hesitate about going here for OB. Nice, super attentive staff. Very enjoyable experience!
