The Covent Garden store manager immediately went above and beyond after I had a terrible experience with the separate online part of the company and its customer service department. He is a commendable representative of the brand and I will return to make all my purchases in person. I highly recommend this shop.

Stop! there is no Store at this address! do not go here - this is their HQ. And the phone number listed and pics are actually belong to a real shop at ANOTHER address. Phone is not always answered during business hours ..

Great products and customer service from this branch. Bought my Aunty's birthday present from here and Yusuf gift wrapped them beautifully for no extra charge. I would shop here again for myself or for birthday presents/occasions.

Staff are great very helpful and I'm pleased  with my makeup

The lady was lovely and talked me through all the products.

The lovely lady who served me was really helpful and friendly and there was free Prosecco on offer if I wanted it!

My favourite are the lavendar hand cream, and the candles which burns beautifully to fill the rooms with a gorgeous faint scent.

Friendly, cheerful staff... and good vendors ;-
