SO so happy with my laser hair removal treatments. I shopped around and this is the place I felt most comfortable with from price, machine quality and professionalism perspective. Only needed 3 sessions on some areas. Super quick. Couldn't recommend my therapist Stacey Drew more, so lovely and exceptional service! Am recommending her to friends!
Although I only had a small procedure I have found this clinic to be very professional both in examining carefully the issue I had and then getting London Real Skin specialist Stacy Drew to carry out the procedure who explained to me in detail what I could expect after the procedure was completed. In 4 weeks time Stacy Drew requested a return visit for a check up to ensure all was well with the procedure she carried out. All very professional to me.
For a first time hydrafacial appointment My first time with any sort of facial, I was made to feel incredibly comfortable throughout the process. Rita explained everything as she went and showed me what she was doing so not only did I feel comfortable, but I also was able to understand the 'why' for each step. She was also very reassuring about how to care for my face afterwards. I highly recommend to anyone, especially those who have never had a hydrafacial before.
As an introduction I had a face test to assess problem areas with my skin. Nadine was brilliant, she was very detailed with all the explanations, and she followed up with a treatment plan. The products she recommended feel really nice in my skin, are quality products and are inexpensive compared to equivalent ones in high street shops. I wish I had found the London Real Skin clinic before. I have already recommended to a few friends. Thanks Nadine!
I have been a regular visitor at this clinic for a few years now, primarily for a scalp dermatological issue that I have and have regular check ups on and recently I decided to treat myself for some skin tags removal in the decolletage area.This is when I met Stacey Drew, the clinician. I immediately felt at ease with her and she explained the treatment and what I could expect from it. I will have 2 visits with Stacey and hope to have some good results after these sessions. All in all, a great clinic and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the clinic, hence the 5 star review
I have just completed a course of three sessions of BBL on my face to address problems with pigmentation and other blemishes. The results so far have been excellent, as the before and after photos demonstrate. I was in the very capable hands of Stacy who was very professional and caring, explaining the process and answering all my questions. This is my first time using Real Skin and all the staff at the clinic have been very welcoming and professional. I will definitely be returning.
Shauni Burge is absolutely amazing! I had been so stressed about congested pores on my face - got an apt within 30 mins and then got booked for a treatment for the same day. Shauni was so professional, knowledgeable and polite. She made me feel reassured about the hydrafacial first time ive had one!. The clinic is very clean and all the staff were welcoming and approachable. I will be coming back soon!
All members of staff have provided excellent customer service both over the telephone and face-to-face. Nadine put me at ease by explaining in detail the different stages of the treatment and answering my questions. I'm looking forward to getting started and seeing the results!
This clinic is highly unprofessional, with abysmal customer service. Despite some initial reservations, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, my latest experience was utterly unacceptable. I had the last appointment of the day and arrived early. The receptionist expressed gratitude for my early arrival, remarking, "Oh, thank you for coming early. I was waiting around, but now I can leave earlier." She then proceeded to rush through my appointment. The following day, I called to address the issue and was met with condescension. The person on the phone insisted that nothing was missed during my treatment, despite my familiarity with the procedure from years of experience. Her presumption was particularly vexing given that she had not conducted a face-to-face evaluation. When I politely disagreed, she shut the phone on my face. This behavior is appalling, especially considering I maintained a respectful tone throughout the conversation. I even have a recording of the call. In addition to their poor customer service, the clinic's equipment is outdated and not adequate. I initially chose this clinic for its convenience, but I strongly advise others not to waste their time or money here. Edit: I am not confusing you with another clinic, and SG is an abbreviation. Classic excuses by those whom that do not want to own up to their incompetence. On another note, why waste my time again to have the phone shut on my face once again.
Excellent professional and friendly service, very happy and satisfied customer of London Real Skin for three years now, would strongly recommend. My sessions with Stacey are lovely, efficient and she is always so welcoming and knowledgeable. I am thrilled to have found London Real Skin
