Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating. I'm always wary about treatments on the face, so was relieved that the team are genuinely brilliant. Have been going for several months now and my mum has also become a member. My skin has improved so much!
Did the intro offer and have now signed up for 3 month unlimited subscription. Good facility, everyone very knowledgable and welcoming - have had 3 treatments so far, each time with the intensity increased. I know it can take some time for results to show initially, really hoping my skin gets better!
Lovely staff and service. Victoria and Cayenne are amazing, very helpful reception staff too. I wanted to start to maintain my skin from the inside out and Skin Laundry is perfect for that. Bonus, the big dark spot on my face has almost disappeared too. Very happy.
I can’t recommend Skin Laundry enough! I have suffered from severe acne over the past 5 years and tried every remedy and expensive cream on the market. SL offered me a personalised approach with friendly clinicians in a great space. The facials have helped with my breakouts, congestion, acne scarring, large pores, etc. I have been going for over a year and a half now and will continue to do so as I am loving the results!
I am very disappointed with skin Laundery soho. I had pigmentation. After my first signature facial I have been recommended to have regular treatments to reduce the pigmentation and sign up for subscription. I bought the membership for three months but didn’t see any improvement on my skin pigmentation. After two months I spoke to the therapist and told her I think its a health issue I need to see the Dermatologist because there is no improvement on my skin And I don't think so I need to spend more time and money on treatments. Thats why I will not extend my membership. She said thats fine. I also missed my couple of treatments in three months once I had an emergency to go out of London second time my therapist was on holiday so couldn’t book my treatments but receptionist told me you can have these treatments done after your membership end. After three months they changed me for an other membership. When I requested for refund because I don’t wanted to continue my membership. They said okey we will refund you but they cut my treatments off from my last three month package. Why..? Is that fair..? Is this is the way you deal with your client. Who trusted you. You explained me different before I bought the membership but you treated me different. Very disappointed!
Amazing staff, facilities, and treatments. I’ve only had positive experiences and my skin has reduced in breakouts. Highly recommend!
The staff is lovely and helpful and they are very responsive via text, which I really appreciate. The treatments are professionally done and the after care is really well explained.
Nice and accommodating team when you need to cancel and move around the schedule. The derma technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and share tips for you as well.
This is my 5th session my skin has improved so much skin texture and tone. The ladies are experienced attentive and accommodating. They answer all my questions. I'm so pleased I signed up. I actually look foward to my treatments. Sharon
Signed up for the 3mth intro and skin is alot smoother and clearer. The team are wonderful. The place is clean and tidy. Special shout out to Victoria who has been very patient with my barrage of questions. There are still some marks from sun damage but they seem a little lighter. Will need to wait and see hence 4 stars.
