My husband recommended this family run opticians and I have been a loyal customer for a little over ten years. I have never been overcharged, and the service is really friendly and not "hard-sell". They seem to understand all their customer's needs well. I would recommend them for all type of eye care and healthy eyes.

Excellent service, great advice on lens and frame selection and competitive prices. The quality of the glasses I got far exceed those purchased at the larger chains. Furthermore, having damaged my glasses 10 months after purchase, I returned and the repair was free of charge.

DO NOT GO HERE.  Took in my brand new Chanel glasses in perfect condition for the frames to be adjusted. When I got them home I realised the lens had been fractured. The optician without looking at the lenses REFUSED to admit he could have been at fault and said I was welcome to take it further but he would not consider himself responsible as he would never make a mistake.  Complete and utter shambles. I am a young woman who saved months for these very expensive glasses only to have him ruin them and rudely and unapologetically refuse liability. Upset doesn't begin to cover it.

It's a brilliant shop. The guy who runs it is a true expert and the prices are very modest. I'm a regular client and always pleased with the quality of service. I would not believe he could ruin a pair of glasses or sunglasses for that matter and not admit it.

Fantastic level of individual service by real experts not found in the big chains like Vision Express and David Clulow. If your vision is more important than a brand experience then don't go anywhere else.

Very bad. I asked for check the power of my glasses lens. The man checked on the machine and he scratched my lens i wanted buy a pair of glass but i change idea. And also lens he sell are expensives than other stores

I have had my eye tests done here for several years now. The spectacles I bought from them have lasted for years and they have always looked after me very well.

Great independent opticians, excellent range of glasses, staff are very professional, a pleasure to interact with people who know exactly what they are talking about.

Very professional and obliging - for years I've tried to re-use my old frames with new lenses. Nobody would do it except New Era. My whole family use them now

Excellent advice on and service for both glasses and contact lenses. Have been a customer for years.
