Stirling Community Hospital is newly refurbished hospital with greater facilities for care and it is a hub for local residents. It has minor injuries unit also. 5* for hygiene. Lovely and helpful staff across the board. Large parking and currently operate as Covid Vaccination center. My experience today at Minor Injuries Unit was great. Acceptable waiting time. Cycle stand outside with repair accessories.
Couldn’t have been better. 111 had arranged for me to attend after an hearing aid bud had come off and got stuck deep in my ear canal. Reception staff we’re very welcoming, I was seen on time and the nursing staff we’re friendly and professional and although the bud was buried deep, difficult to see and a bit tricky to remove they managed to retrieve it. Very grateful to all as it was getting a bit sore.
The staff were courteous and couldn’t have done more to make me feel like their priority. Thank you!!
Friendly helpful very professional staff. ..and a bit of banter. ...love the NHS
Fast to treat a suspected broken ankle. I was in and out within one hour and x rays quickly taken. Staff were very nice and gave helpful advice.
Can be pretty good although still seems to be a lot of appointment changes which is abig pain. Still quite a few services here like physio, Camhs, Eye clinics and nice cafe also available. Despite reduced services parking can still be a pain during busy times so leave plenty of time as some work still seems to be ongoing
Recently returned from a holiday in Scotland. During my holiday I needed emergency medical assistance. I went to the Minor Injuries unit at Stirling Community Hospital. The assistance I received was fast, efficient. I was referred onto Forth Valley Royal Hospital for further treatment, but this emergency clinic was excellent. A big thank you to nursing staff who were very helpful and caring. Well done NHS Scotland!
I had a really satisfying experience at Minor Injuries Unit. After a very short time waiting, Dr. McGrath welcomed me with in a very professional and human manner, showing care for my needs as a patient and as a person. I would recommend this unit also for the kindness of people at the reception and the cleanliness of the spaces. Everything looks new and well-maintained, in a very quiet athmosphere. Thank you!
I have had the displeasure of requiring medical attention twice in the past 2 years, but the pleasure of being able to go to Minor Injuries here. The staff are absolutely wonderful - thank you so much for the help both times!
If I could give no stars, I would. Unfortunately I have to give it one by default, it was ridiculous! My boyfriend had cut himself really badly with a kitchen knife, causing it to bleed out tremendously, needing stitches in the end for how deep it was. It says open 24 hours on Google.....guess what, people sat in there telling us they were out of hours, needing us to travel another 40 minutes to the next hospital....So no stars for them....change the information as it could be worse the next time someone needs help!
