Located in the heart of Stirling city. And loads of connecting buses to other major cities and towns. Shaded wait area, seating available, can be too crowded at times.
Local bus Service shocking buses didn't arrive three, didn't come. Someone went to enquire and was told they had to phone themselves to see where delayed buses were. However, city links were amazing, but I can't faulter them.
It's a bus stop. I feel they need screens outside with the bus numbers and destinations instead of paper posters. Also they should make it a no smoking area. It's right next to a shopping centre, train station and town center.
Pretty grim here tbh but staff, if you can find any, are pleasant. Stay inside until last possible minute. The cafe died during covid but there are toilets and plenty of seating.
Needs a re do. A cafe that's open until 8 would be good
There are always people smoking and vaping. I'm alright too smoke, it makes really hard for me to travel as it's my primary source of transportation.
Necessary when u park n ride and no cost what's not to like
Nice sheltered bus station with regular buses to destinations You can find your bus with a little leg work and then you are good to go
Helpful staff and located next to the main train station.
Terrible customer service. After waiting well over an hour for a Citylink bus, I eventually had to go into the station to ask them to come out and explain to those waiting what the situation was. It was a hot day, there was nowhere to get water and there were several elderly people who were afraid to leave the platform in case the bus arrived and they missed it. The supervisor only came out to explain when I asked, and blamed Citylink's poor communication. That may have been the case, but still no excuse for not leaving his office to update passengers.
