Pretty grim here tbh but staff, if you can find any, are pleasant. Stay inside until last possible minute. The cafe died during covid but there are toilets and plenty of seating.
Located in the heart of Stirling city. And loads of connecting buses to other major cities and towns. Shaded wait area, seating available, can be too crowded at times.
Terrible customer service. After waiting well over an hour for a Citylink bus, I eventually had to go into the station to ask them to come out and explain to those waiting what the situation was. It was a hot day, there was nowhere to get water and there were several elderly people who were afraid to leave the platform in case the bus arrived and they missed it. The supervisor only came out to explain when I asked, and blamed Citylink's poor communication. That may have been the case, but still no excuse for not leaving his office to update passengers.
Nice sheltered bus station with regular buses to destinations You can find your bus with a little leg work and then you are good to go
Time table on stance states time for buses, judging by the few times this was the curtailed timetable. Two scheduled times came and went, toilets locked, crowds of teenagers hassling everyone. Free bus passes being used as entertainment I think. Two hours of torture. Great way to spend Saturday between 7pm and 9pm.
Friendly staff and spacious lounge. Ample space for buses to be parked.
Well laid out, covered. everything you need from a bus stop. No bathrooms or anything as it's mostly more of a hub, not a "station" but it does the job and is right next to the Thistles shopping centre and Stirling train station so if you need to use the facilities you can go there.
First visit, cosy station helpful staff!
I loved the cable car ride, view from the cafe at the top were fantastic with the right weather
Its a bus station. What more do you need from it? To be fair, a small newspaper stand wouldnt go amiss!
