Great quality and fantastic service. They even managed to help us in our hour of need, after we damaged a board two hours before the opening of a special exhibition and they printed and got it to us before the opening! Highly recommend

No matter what time of the day and whatever the job being A4, A3, A2, A1 or custom or binding you will get the best out of these guys. I have been a loyal customer since I have been undergraduate student studying Architecture. If you ever have trouble with files or something goes wrong Online Reprographics at Angel branch always makes it right for you in the end. You have a wide choice of paper and finishes with a decent price range. 10/10 service and I cannot wait to get my final portfolios done here once again !
I usually use the Tower Hill branch which is 5 mins from the shop and have always found them good. Unfortunately due to Covid only their Islington branch is open. I only needed a few posters and confirmed everything by email a few days prior whereupon I was told they job would be ready and waiting. It wasn’t and the guys working there had no knowledge of it. They called John Foy who ‘thought’ he’d forwarded it. They then got one of the jobs. They didn’t have the other which I forwarded again whilst I was in store. What annoys me more than the poor communication is the lack of ability to just say ‘sorry’, a basic rule of customer service when you’ve made a mistake or let a customer down. At no point did anyone have the grace to apologise. My job was a small one and only worth a tenner but there will never be another job with this branch again. Will wait until Tower Hill opens or use another printer with better customer service.
Cards were printed, cut and scored beautifully and in good time. Unaware that their Bermondsey shop was closed thanks Covid! I went to collect printing from this location. When I told them what had happened they dropped it off which I really appreciated.
Very happy with the service, they print quite fast and the staff is very nice and available. Will definitely come back
