Our 5 meter-wide event banner was wrong. Replacement only arrived half way through our 4 day event. After 2 months I'm still chasing them for partial reimbursement, as was agreed upon.
Used Service Point for my wedding stationary and they were excellent - great service, swift turnaround, chatted me through the different options and printed proofs for me to check. When we did decide to have something re-printed not through any fault of theirs, just decided to have something bigger they threw the scoring in for no extra charge. We were very happy with the final items and would highly recommend using them.
My friend and I went to Service Point City to get our dissertations printed on the morning they were due. We were quite stressed and were attended with the utmost patience in a calming environment. Even after mistakes were found post printing, they were immediately edited and re-printed. The value for money is great and the service professional! We not only got our dissertations printed and bound in time, but left feeling reassured. Thank you Service Point for saving our day!
We use service point city branch for all of our office printing services and I always receive a great service and brilliant products. we will sometimes not give them a huge amount of time but they will go out of their way to make sure I receive my prints on time. They are always very personable and friendly and I know I can rely on them.
We were in a mad rush after getting a new passport on a same day service and needing to make it to the Russian Visa Application Centre with all the relevant documentation printed out to apply for a visa. We couldn't print the documents at home because we needed the new passport number before we could fill in all the forms so we found Service Point on Google and called to see if they could print them for us. When we arrived they were super busy but one of the guys made time to stop what he was in the middle of doing to help us out. Within a few minutes we had everything we needed and managed to make it around the corner and submit our visa application in time. Really grateful for the service we received, saved us having to make another trip back into London for our visas. I didn't catch his name but big thanks to the guy who we dealt with!
I have been a loyal customer of Servicepoint for many years, The City branch are great. The service is always quick, efficient and to the highest of quality. I am always amazed at the turnaround time for large orders and before I know it my documents are back! I have used other printing companies in the past but I have never experienced that personal service that you get here.
Used Service Point twice, once to print 160 copies of the order of service for my wedding, and then secondly based on the performance from the first order to print 2000 copies of our company brochure. Both times I have liaised with Roy who has been excellent; helpful, efficient and very reasonable in cost. Orders have been delivered speedily and within the time frame they were promised. Would happily recommend using Service Point to others.
Just a quick thank you to everyone at Service Point, Roy and Jamie always go that extra mile to get my drawings/ scans; back to me in the fastest times possible, their delivery drivers are great too, alway happy and friendly. The work always comes back perfect, never had any issues with them and i have been dealing with Service Point City Branch for the last 8 years, overall the best printing company out there in London. Thanks again
Came here to get my thesis bound, I already had the pages printed and I spent no longer than 10 minutes there waiting to get three copies 40 pages each bound. Excellent service, and with such a low price for binding services that were speedy £6 per book. Most services I saw charged upwards so much more and projected hours as their fastest pace. I definitely recommend this place for binding!
Great service - I walked into this place first thing in the morning and they helped me out in my hour of need. They were fast and efficient and the paper they used was really great quality. A lovely bunch of guys - highly recommended.
