Pascal is great but I'm disappointed that the annual post box rate has gone up by much more than inflation.
Very bad experience. A Indian guy there overcharged my parcel, almost double it that the normal price. Argued and got the refund in the end, but very bad experience indeed. Plus, other staffs in another IPB shop at Caledonian Rd are very nice, so maybe it’s just this time I’m really unlucky.
Thanks to all the staff at My IPB! I had a great experience yesterday and will happily go back! Felt confident with all the service provided, from packing and wrapping to choosing a courier to ship with. Thanks again!
