Story

Experience the therapeutic benefits of water at Kohler Waters Spa, where remineralising experiences recreate the healing properties of earth’s natural mineral-rich waters.

With 11 treatment rooms the spa features a 20-meter swimming pool with waterfall, thermal suite with whirlpool, plunge pool, Japanese steam room, sauna and a fabulous rooftop hot tub.

Treatments include bathing therapy such as chromatherapy baths, Vichy hydro massage, and the Highland Fling, a 50-minute treatment that incorporates a Vichy shower with buckets of warm water.

The Kohler Waters Spa experience transports you to a sanctuary of relaxation, balance and rejuvenation.

Another amazing stay. Hotel is kept to an extremely high luxurious standard and the staff were so friendly and helpful as always. Room service was excellent, turn down service was so lovely and of course the spa facilities were fantastic. Myself and my partner wish we had booked longer!! Thanks again to everyone at the Old course for making my birthday so amazing, i cant thank you enough.
The hotel was amazing. You enter to a kilted gentleman who greets you, from then on you are in the lap of luxury. Visited for a conference and stayed the night and everything exceeded expectations.nnWas placed in an accessibility room, not sure if that is the standard layout. Room in images.nnStaff were very friendly, including showing me to my room. Room service was excellent, turning up exactly on time and very friendly.nnCommon complaints seem to be about the price, but if you expect this level of luxury, you are going to pay more for it.
Beautiful old hotel with exceptional service. Try to get a new renovated room as they are larger and have two queen beds. The older rooms like I had had two single beds that are only a foot or so apart.
A real disappointment, I thought I was in a bar at the local pub.nThe clientele were loud and crass,forget the dress code,I wore a dinner jacket and my wife a classy pant suit,shouldn't have bothered,shorts and a polo would have been sufficient.nThe service was not 5 star but 2 star at best,staff training may be in order.nThe inflated prices,you expect 5 star everything, not here.nThe only thing 5 star was the doorman who showed us to the lift,very professional.nAnyone reading this who has an ounce of class, do yourself a favour and don't waste your money here go elsewhere.nIf you like bogans and yahooing this is the place for you.
I had the most pleasant stay at the Old course. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They went above and beyond any opportunity they could. The breakfast was delicious, including the best waffle I have ever had. The views of the course are obviously unbelievable. The Swilcan loft dinner was an absolute treat. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and worth the spend.
