Room was clean and well decorated, albeit slightly on the small side. Staff were very friendly and personable, which I haven't seen in many hotels. Check in desk could do with another member of staff, as there was a queue of 3 people for check in and check out. Loved the bar area, really cosy. Breakfast was amazing! All the little touches were perfect, would definitely recommend to others based on that alone. Location of the hotel was ideal, nice and peaceful. Will definitely visit again

Room was very nice, the staff in the bar area and bistro were excellent. The breakfast was top quality. Never had dinner but based on breakfast I'm assuming it will be excellent also.

Perfect hotel in brilliant location. Nice rooms, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. Would certainly look to stay here again when returning to St Andrews. Excellent facilities in room with every thing you need for the perfect stay. Surrounded by good restaurants and bars.

Afternoon tea. Very good. Staff excellent.  Only thing that let it down was the toilet.(clean but the smell was awful).
