Very helpful staff who managed to resolve a self-inflicted issue with our accommodation booking. Food, despite being a last minute order before the kitchen closed was very, very good and great value for money. Will look to book again, with the correct dates this time!
Nice refreshing pint! Sitting outside due to covid restrictions. Outside seating is great and catches the afternoon sun perfectly. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Always ready to get you a new pint when your finishing one off. 14/05/2021
Impossible to judge during lockdown. Our room was small but clean & nice. Free standing shower & a wall mounted tv. Nice central location. Limited parking
Great pub, good beer and food menu, 15 minutes from town centre.
Fantastic food and friendly staff. I had the Steak on "Grill night" which was cooked beautifully and came with a free drink, you can't say fairer than that! It was busy so would recommend booking a table.
Landlord was great. Good pub food & reasonable breakfast with good cuppa. Stayed in double room out back. Lovely room but not as clean as i would have liked. The last guest or cleaner must have long ginger hair
Nice place and very much worth the money. Minor observation, in the single bed room the mirror is far too low and in the wrong place, Couldn't use it. And if your on a business stay breakfast is to late to be of any use. That said stayed before will stay again
Stayed here overnight, lovely room, very quiet. Good breakfast.
