Booked to watch the England vs Croatia EURO 2020 game here with friends. Very impressed with the setup and service; our dog was given treats and a water bowl on arrival too which was a nice touch. Thanks!
Nice range of beers, real ale usually in good condition, food is good quality and value for money, and on a sunny day the garden is a great place to relax and take it easy
A very poor experience. Visited at 5pm on a Friday. Staff were fairly unhelpful and miserable. 3 of the 4 kids meal choices were unavailable and we had to wait 45mins for our dessert after a very disappointing main meal. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back again.
Great family pub away from town crowds during covid days. We turned up for a quick pint to escape the house. Got q table outside promptly. Fantastic beer garden, excellent food portions and GREAT customer service. Thank you Abbey staff, you're very kind people and you know how to treat your guests.
We booked for Sunday lunch again for the second time, It was 2-45 , they had a notice on the door again ! "due to high demand no lunches left". I had a steak for the second time. Had been looking forward to a Sunday lunch again bit no ! 4 of us disappointed again twice bitten won't be going again.
Very nice pub. Clean and tidy. Attentive staff. Fast service. Good menu.
Always a great choice of beers and ciders, plus good menu choices. Loafs of outside seating, and you can even order through their mobile app.
Really nice, friendly pub. Cosy. Good food loved the ultimate burger and selection of beers/ales. Lovely beer garden. Perfect world drinks would be a bit cheaper. Quite steep prices. Still give it 5 stars though.
