Lovely looking outside, I only had a quick pint on way home,and it was empty so could not give a proper review ,beer was nice staff friendly

Nice place good pint nice food

Great beer, great proper "home cooking", excellently presented by knowledgeable and friendly staff a great place in which to relax, kick back and forget the worries of the day.

We visited this pub 7 years ago, and I had the best fillet steak of my life that day. We returned this evening, and whilst maybe not the same lofty standard as that day - it's still a mighty fine steak! The quality of the meat is extraordinary considering the price charged.

Proper olde worlde pub, now a tad gastro but not too much. Well run, beer in great nick.

Lovely place and good food and most importantly good beer

Good outdoor seating. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned so the chairs weren't sanitised either prior to our arrival. Food was OK.
